Debbi Nissman Young is a consultant with over twenty five years of sales, sales management and consulting experience. Prior to founding Esprit Consulting, Inc. in 1992, Debbi held several positions at IBM, including Branch Manager responsible for personal computer sales in New England.

A successful track record in the corporate world, combined with Debbi's consulting expertise, enable her to bring a unique mix of skills to her clients and translate concepts into practical, real-life application. Her primary focus is creating workshops to energize organizations in the midst of change so that they dramatically improve their business. Debbi has a special talent for quickly grasping both business and interpersonal issues. She is very skilled at creating an environment that enables teams to constructively discuss and resolve their problems.

Debbi's areas of specialization include team building, facilitation, leadership, executive coaching and professional development. She believes in "learning by doing" and incorporates the benefits of outdoor adventure and activity-based learning in her work.

Debbi has a B.S. in Decision Science and Computers from Rider University. In her spare time, Debbi enjoys sailing, swimming, reading, movies, and travel. She is an active volunteer in the community with a passion for Girl Scouts and school activities. Debbi lives in Wellesley, MA with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters.
